1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MAXD iOS application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is intended for users 17 years of age and older.

2. Description of Service

MAXD is a grooming and aesthetics coaching application that uses image-based analysis to generate subjective style scores and personalized grooming protocols. The App is provided for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only.

Not medical advice. MAXD does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Scores and recommendations are subjective AI estimates and are not objective measurements of attractiveness, health, or any other clinical metric. Do not rely on MAXD for any medical or health-related decision. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Upload content that is harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights;
• Use automated means to access or scrape the App;
• Impersonate any person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including scoring algorithms, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by MAXD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. User Content

By submitting facial imagery or other content through the App, you grant MAXD a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MAXD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes within the App or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
